EVENING OF PRAYER AND WORSHIP
Friday, September 21, 7:00PM at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 2607 South Avenue, Wappingers Falls.

We invite you to be a part of an evening of worship, connecting, and renewal. Come and hear updates on what’s new in the organization and be encouraged as we come together united in prayer and praise seeking the Lord for the future of Love INC. All are welcome!

Benefit Yard Sale – Saturday and Sunday, September 22 and 23, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Red Wing Barn (2292 Route 82, Billings).  This Yard Sale is being organized by a friend and supporter of Love INC.  The proceeds will go to Love INC and help us to fulfill our mission.  For more information, please contact Eileen at 914-474-5564.

  YOUTH BOWLING 50/50 TOURNAMENT
Sunday, September 30, 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. at           Schneider’s Fishkill Bowl (110 Route 82, Fishkill). Area youth groups are encouraged to participate. After expenses, 50% of the funds raised by your youth group will come back to you, while the rest will help encourage and grow the mission and vision of Love INC. 10TH ANNUAL SCRABBLE BLITZ TOURNAMENT
Thursday, October 11, 6:30-9:30 p.m. at Faith Assembly for God, Casperkill (25 Golf Club Lane, Poughkeepsie). This tournament offers unique, fast-paced team play for all levels of players. Pre-registration is required.  Entry forms, rules and sponsorship information are available at www.mid-hudsonloveinc.org.  Contact Ruth Zoodsma at 845-462-0163 or scrabble@mhlinc.org for more information.

Linens Ministry – As we head into the colder months, many of our neighbors are in need of blankets and pillows.  Can you help?  Donations may be dropped off at Immanuel Church (253 Myers Corners Road, Wappingers Falls) on Wednesdays and Fridays, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon or email Susan Minard at susan12603@gmail.com to make other arrangements.

 

Trapp Family Lodge – Raffle tickets are available for a one-week stay
in a beautiful 2-bedroom guest house (accommodates six people) at the Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe, Vermont, Sunday, May 26 to Sunday, June 2, 2019!  The drawing will take place at the Scrabble Tournament on October 11, 2018.  The winner need not be present to win.  Tickets are $5 each of 6 for $25.  Contact Ruth Zoodsma (scrabble@mhlinc.org or 845-462-0163) if you would like to purchase a ticket.
