The Love INC ministry model is relational because we believe Christ-like relationships are transformative.

When passionate, trained Christians engage in their community, healthy relationships grow, and struggling neighbors receive support, friendship, and the kind of practical helps they need.

Gifted volunteers from local churches organize and lead a variety of classes facilitated by Mid-Hudson Love INC.

Building Hope I and II

These introductory classes build trust, community, and self-image in a relaxed, participatory setting. Topics include practical tips on nutrition, stress-relief, healthy cooking, basic physical fitness, renters rights and eviction, tracking expenses, spending plans, giftedness, goal-setting, and more.

Faith and Finances

A practical journey toward financial literacy and long-term stability based on Biblical teachings.

Affirming Potential

An intensive series that walks participants through past challenges, discovery of inner resources, and exploration of new dreams and goals.

Grief and Loss I and II

These workshops provide a safe space for open dialogue about personal losses, and encourage participants toward self-care, community, and spiritual peace.

Spiritual Exploration

These classes explore the basics of Christian faith and examine personal identity in Christ Jesus, offering answers to tough questions and potential for healing from spiritual wounds.

Resolving Everyday Conflicts

Based on the Peacemaker Ministry curriculum, this class explores why we react to conflict the way we do, and offers new ways of responding to individuals and issues in everyday life.

Craft/Gift-Making

A casual opportunity to create hand-made items to treasure or to give as gifts.

Registration is handled through the Mid-Hudson Love INC clearinghouse. Transportation is provided for most classes, and child care is offered on a limited basis. Classes are offered on weekday evenings or Saturday mornings:
