Love INC 10th Anniversary Celebration and Volunteer Appreciation – March 16 marks ten years since Mid-Hudson Love INC first began reaching out to people in need with the healing love of God. Come celebrate the journey! Enjoy the fellowship with former and current Love INC volunteers and friends. Some visionary and influential friends in the early development of Mid-Hudson Love INC will be joining us. We will also be appreciating our wonderful 2018 volunteers. Come and join us for a celebratory brunch on Saturday, March 30, 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Christos (155 Wilbur Blvd., Poughkeepsie). Cost is $10. Contact info@mhlinc.org no later than March 20 for more information or to RSVP.

Please join us for a powerful workshop on Redemptive Compassion in Action, presented by Lois Tupyi, on Friday, March 29, from 2:00-5:00 pm at St. John’s Lutheran Church (55 Wilbur Blvd, Poughkeepsie). Redemptive Compassion presents a “helping without hurting” biblical paradigm designed for those working with people in need. It emphasizes a wholistic approach to relationships marked by respect and accountability. Our guest presenter is Lois Tupyi, author of Redemptive Compassion, Executive Director of Love INC of Treasure Valley Idaho, and trainer for the National Love INC Movement. There is no fee for the workshop but RSVP is required. Reserve your spot at director@mhlinc.org. For more information: www.mid-hudsonloveinc.org.

Next week, Mid-Hudson Love INC will be sending four individuals (Carolyn Landry, Christina Sarmiento, Charissa Danielson and Carley Andrews) to Love INC of Treasure Valley Idaho for a 3-day Love INC intensive training in Relational Ministry.  We have been hoping and planning for this for over a year and are overjoyed to see this come to fruition. We praise God for bringing us to this point in the development of our ministry.
