- Wappingers Falls, Poughkeepsie or nearby
- Residential or business area
- Willing to share building/space
- Free parking for volunteers
- Space for 2 volunteers to answer phones
- Office for Executive Director
- Some storage and work space
- Occupy in June, 2008
- Willing to renovate if needed
- Nominal rent
